Payment Methods

To Haneda Airport

You can pay with IC Cards such as PASMO and Suica, as well as in cash or with coupon tickets.
Credit cards are not accepted.

From Haneda Airport

Please buy tickets for the bus you wish to ride from the Bus Ticket Counter in Haneda Airport on the day of.
If you wish to pay with an IC Card or coupon ticket, please go to the Bus Ticket Counter in the Arrivals Lobby to reserve your bus, and then pay when you ride.

Riding the Bus

  • There is no assigned seating.
  • Your ticket will be taken from you when you board the bus, so please have it ready. If you do not have your ticket, you will have to buy another one. Receipt of payment and/or personal ID cannot be used in place of a ticket.
  • You cannot ride the bus if there are no seats left.
  • Young children less than six years of age are also served on a first-come, first serve basis, so please pay for a children’s ticket and make sure that there are enough seats for them.
  • Passengers who use foldable wheelchairs can ride the bus. The wheelchair will be folded and stored in the trunk. We do not have the space to accommodate those who use wheelchairs that are not foldable or electric wheelchairs.

Luggage Requirements

  • Each person can have one piece of luggage. Oversized luggage (over airline standard free carry-on bag size (50 x 60 x 120 cm and 30kg)), surfboards, musical instruments, and dangerous items are not allowed on the bus (including the trunk). If your luggage is over the standard size, then we cannot put it on the bus or in the trunk. Even if you cannot ride our bus because your luggage is too large, we will not offer any compensation. Please use another transportation method.
  • There is no insurance for damage to the exterior of your luggage if it is damage, dirtied, lost or mishandled when in the trunk.
  • Please be considerate of other passengers when your pet is on board (or in the trunk). If your pet causes trouble for the other passengers, the bus will stop at the nearest rest area and you will be asked to get off the bus.

Ticket Changes and Refund Information

  • To get a refund for a bus ticket, please go back to the place you bought it from.

Boarding and Lost Item Information

  • There is no compensation if the bus is late or delayed for any reason.
  • If you miss the bus transportaition getting to the bus stop, please get a delay certificate from the bus company and change your reservations or get a refund.
  • In order to ensure the safety of all passengers, the bus may be stopped if weather or road conditions are bad. There is no warranty covering any losses due to the buses being stopped.
  • If you would like a refund because your flight has been cancelled, a refund fee determined by our company will be applied.
  • If you forget any items on the bus, the items are generally stored at the bus company’s office. Please note that the bus companies do not generally have any English-speaking staff available.
