Reservations for the Narita Airport Shuttle Bus

Reservations are required for the Narita Airport Shuttle Bus. Reservations can be made one month in advance to the day (ex - reservations for February 15th can be made from January 15th) via the internet or telephone.

  • JTB Highway Bus Reservations (6:00–23:00)
    *Can pay online for a mobile ticket or pay for and print the ticket at a convenience store.

    When you make a reservation, please make sure to pay for it by the designated date and time at the following locations.
  • Odakyu Bus Sales Office / Information Center
  • Ticketing machine on Shin-Yurigaoka Station’s Platform 8. (Only for buses departing from Shin-Yurigaoka, 5:00-20:00)
  • Kanto Bus Sales Office / Information Center (Only for buses departing from Kichijoji)
  • Tama Plaza Station’s North Exit Tokyu Bus Ticket Counter (Only for buses departing from Shin-Yurigaoka, 5:00-19:00)
  • Multimedia Stations at Convenience Stores (Family Mart, Lawson, Seven-Eleven, Mini-Stop)
  • Odakyu Travel, Keio Travel Agency, JTB, Kinki Nippon Tourist, Keisei Travel Service,
  • The time tickets go on sale varies at each location.
  • A handling fee is applied when you buy tickets at a travel company other than Odakyu Travel.

You will be asked for your name and phone number when you make a reservation and when you pay for your ticket.
You will be contacted if the bus is delayed or there are any unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Methods

  • To Narita Airport
    When you board, please give your ticket to the person in charge.If there are free seats, people without a reservation are able to ride. Please pay in cash on the day of. The bus may be delayed due to people making payment.
    People who have made a reservation have priority. Those who do not have a reservation will have to wait until those with a reservation have arrived. Please buy a ticket in advance if possible.
  • From Narita Airport
    Please buy tickets for the bus you wish to ride from the Bus Ticket Counter in Narita Airport on the day of.

Riding the Bus

  • There is no assigned seating.
  • Your ticket will be taken when you board the bus, so please have it ready. If you do not have your ticket, you will have to buy another one. Receipt of payment and/or personal ID cannot be used in place of a ticket.
  • Young children less than six years of age are also served on a first-come, first serve basis, so please pay for a children’s ticket and make sure that there are enough seats for them.
  • You cannot ride the bus if there are no seats left.
  • Passengers who use foldable wheelchairs can ride the bus. The wheelchair will be folded and stored in the trunk. We do not have the space to accommodate those who use wheelchairs that are not foldable or electric wheelchairs.

Luggage

  • Each person can have one piece of luggage. Oversized luggage (over airline standard free carry-on bag size (50 x 60 x 120 cm and 30kg)), surfboards, musical instruments, and dangerous items are not allowed on the bus (including the trunk). If your luggage is over the standard size, then we cannot put it on the bus or in the trunk. Even if you cannot ride our bus because your luggage is too large, we will not offer any compensation. Please use another transportation method.
  • There is no insurance for damage to the exterior of your luggage if it is damage, dirtied, lost or mishandled when in the trunk.
  • Please be considerate of other passengers when your pet is on board (or in the trunk). If your pet causes trouble for the other passengers, the bus will stop at the nearest rest area and you will be asked to get off the bus.

Ticket Changes and Refunds

  • For tickets bought from ticket counters, the departure time can only be changed once.
  • There cannot be any changes made to tickets paid for at convenience stores or online.
  • Please request a refund and purchase another ticket.
  • Refunds can be issued from the ticket counter you purchased it up until the bus’ departure time.
  • For tickets paid for at convenience stores or online, please follow the store or website’s procedure for requesting refunds.

Boarding and Lost Item Information

  • There is no compensation if the bus is late or delayed for any reason.
  • If you miss the bus because it is late getting to the bus stop, please get a delay certificate from the bus company and change your reservations or get a refund.
  • In order to ensure the safety of all passengers, the bus may be stopped if weather or road conditions are bad. There is no warranty covering any losses due to the buses being stopped.
  • If you would like a refund because your flight has been cancelled, a refund fee determined by our company will be applied.
  • If you forget any items on the bus, the items are generally stored at the bus company’s office. Please note that the bus companies do not generally have any English-speaking staff available.
